How It Works
- Submit the form.
- A volunteer producer will reach out to schedule an in-studio interview.
- We’ll record your interview and air it during Fayetteville Community Hour.
- You’ll receive your tentative air date once the episode is finalized.

What to Expect
- Friendly, conversational interview with a volunteer host (not live)
- Interview length: 15, 30, or 60 minutes, depending on the interview
- Basic audio editing (levels, light cleanup)
- Underwriting-compliant acknowledgments (non-promotional, factual)
- Typical turnaround: within a few weeks of recording (subject to schedule)
Preparation Tips
- Bring names, titles, and short bios for guests
- Have 2–3 key points and one clear call-to-action
- Share any dates, locations, and accessible links
- Avoid sales language; stick to who, what, when, where, why, how
- Plan ahead: episodes may air up to one week after recording, so keep this in mind if promoting an event or specific date
